ABOUT THE PRODUCTS
Absolutely. We do not use any harsh and harmful chemicals, synthetics, “fragrances,” parabens, GMOs, petroleum, or any of the nasty stuff that can harm you and the environment.
We do not use any harmful ingredients. Our products are safe for pregnant and nursing women. We suggest you get clearance from your doctor. You should also do a patch test to see if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.

The global standard for the shelf life of organic cosmetics and personal care products is two years, considering they are properly stored (closed tightly and stored away from direct sunlight). With the quality of our raw materials and honest to goodness ingredients, all our products can be used up to five years.
Store the products away from direct sunlight and heat. Our amber bottles function as additional protection because oils and essential oils are photosensitive. This means they can break down or oxidize when light directly hits them.

Due to COVID-19 precautions, we are limiting face-to-face interaction. Please send us a message on Instagram @reallygoodph for special pick-up requests.
Take clear photos of the damaged items and email the photos to email@example.com. Our team adheres to the best practices when it comes to proper packaging. We do this to help prevent damage and breakage. On our end, the proper labels like FRAGILE, DO NOT DROP, HANDLE WITH CARE are placed in each package. For damage caused by couriers/delivery service, we kindly request you to file a formal complaint and report damage directly to these companies. We can help you lodge a complaint with the courier/delivery company.

HANDLING, DELIVERY, AND RETURNS
To ensure all bottles, jars, cans, and packaging are sanitized and clean, we wash them in soap and boiling water when applicable and use a UV sanitizer.
Due to the current situation brought about by pandemic, please expect a longer delivery time. Rest assured, the team is working hard to deliver your order/s in a timely manner. Thank you so much for your understanding and patience.
Before shipping your orders, we ensure that all products are correct. Due to high costs in handling, packaging, and transportation, we do not allow returns. We also do not accept returns because of safety and sanitary issues.
